Exchange doesn't actually support DKIM or . Domain Keys. so you need to buy an after market software package. AdminSystem sell it, and it's a not-so-cheap $799 for the Enterprise version (allows a number of servers to use it for the same ...

Q. I received an email in which Full Headers displays: domainkeys: neutral (no sign). What does 'neutral (no sign)' mean? Is this email received by me spam. The email was received in Bulk Folder.

A. Domainkeys is a digital signature, which lets your email client (in this case Yahoo!) determine whether an email message actually comes from the sender it claims to. This is to help identify spoofed emails. For example, a spammer may send a phishing email that looks like it is from confirmation@paypal.com -- but, since the spammer does not have access to PayPal's servers, it would not have the right Domainkeys signature. In that situation, the headers would display "domainkeys: fail". "domainkeys: neutral (no sign)" means that there is no digitial signature, so nothing for Domainkeys to verify. Whether or not it is spam depends on the content... but if it's from somebody you've never heard of, then it's spam :-)
