if my dog attacks an intruder in my home can i be charged?
Q. If someone breaks into my home and my dog attacks can I get in trouble in the state of Nevada? I heard from a freind that his dog bit off a guys kneecaps ( is that even possible) and the cops let it slide since he was an intruder.

A. If he is IN your home and an intruder, then you can SHOOT the guy and get away with it. So I think letting your dog bite him is definitely going to slide.

Does anyone know how to stop sweat attacks during the day?
Q. I have recently being advised by my GP that I have started the Menopause. I only have these attacks during the day ( I thought they usually came at night). I would like some herbal remedies for this condition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A. I had those too sometimes in the day and sometimes at night but found that a good wild yam serum applied daily really helped do away with them. Rotate the location (inner forearms, stomach and inner thighs) and never apply to the breast area. Start with a lesser dosage and increase as needed. I usually kept it up for a couple of months and then tried taking a break just to see if I still needed it at that time. Here is a list of herbs and suppliments that could also help you. What do you think we should do to reduce shark attacks in Australian waters?
Q. There have been 3 shark attacks in Sydney in the last 3 weeks including 1 in the harbour. What do you think we should do to reduce these attacks? Do you think hunting them is the answer?

A. No, sharks should not be hunted. Perhaps there may be a few more of them in the water now since the laws were put in place to protect them, but that's a good thing. It means they're on their way back from potential extinction from overfishing. People need to be more personally accountable for the choices they make and the risks they take. Education would help too. There are numerous risks in entering the oceans off Australia that could be potentially fatal or make you ill. There's rips, dangerous surf, sandbars to break your neck on, collapsing sandbars to sweep you out to sea, undertows, stingers/jellyfish, rays, sharks, puffer fish, polluted water from ocean outfall (ie treated sewerage) blown back in to shore, even crocodiles depending… [cont.]
